Rich, warm, intense and full-bodied, with notes of honey and dried fruits and a long and slightly bitter end.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

STYLE: Belgian Strong Ale

FERMENTATION METHOD: Top fermenting

INGREDIENTS: Water, malted barley, chestnut honey, hops, yeast

COLOUR: Amber – EBC 25

HEAD: Small, evanescent

AROMA: Notes of chestnut honey and dried fruits

TASTE: Rich, warm, intense and full-bodied with a long and slightly bitter end

BITTERNESS UNITS: IBU 28

ALCOHOL: 7,5% vol

DEGREES PLATO: 16,5

PAIRING:  Perfect with aged cheeses, red meat, biscuits, shortbread

BEST SERVED AT: 8 – 10°C

SERVING GLASS: Goblet
