1. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
1.1 View the web pages and use the services offered on the http://benaco70.it/ website (hereinafter: the Website).
1.2 Fulfill obligations provided for by regulations and by the applicable national and supranational legislation.
1.3 If necessary, to ascertain, exercise or defend the rights of the Data Controller in court.
1.4 The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. 3. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

5. OBLIGATORY OBLIGATION OF DATA
The provision of personal data referred to in point 4.1 for the purposes referred to in point 1.1 is mandatory.
The refusal to provide the aforementioned personal data does not, therefore, allow the possibility of using the services / content offered by the Site.
Some personal data referred to in point 4.2 are strictly necessary for the functioning of the Site, others are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data may also be processed, on behalf of the Data Controller, by external subjects designated as data processors pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR, to which adequate operating instructions are given. These subjects are essentially included in the following categories:
a. companies that offer maintenance services for websites and information systems;
b. companies that perform management and maintenance services for the Data Controller database;
Your data may be processed, in the event of your explicit consent being issued, by third parties to whom the data is communicated.
Personal data will not be disseminated, but may eventually be transmitted to the Public Authorities that expressly request it from the Data Controller for administrative or institutional purposes, according to the provisions of the current national and European legislation.
7. PERSONS AUTHORIZED FOR TREATMENT
Your data may be processed by employees of the Data Controller's company departments responsible for achieving the aforementioned purposes, which have been expressly authorized for processing and which have received adequate operating instructions.
The data referred to in point 4.2 collected while browsing the Site may be processed by employees, collaborators of the Data Controller or external parties, in their capacity as appointees and data processors, who perform technical and organizational tasks on behalf of the Website on behalf of the Data Controller.
8. YOUR RIGHTS AS INTERESTED IN TREATMENT - CLAIM TO THE CONTROL AUTHORITY

The exercise of these rights is subject to certain exceptions aimed at safeguarding the public interest (for example the prevention or identification of crimes) and our interests (for example the maintenance of professional secrecy). In the event that you exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it will be our responsibility to verify that you are entitled to exercise it and we will reply to you.
9. DATA SECURITY
Your personal data will be processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in compliance with the principle of necessity and proportionality, avoiding processing of personal data if the operations can be carried out using data anonymous or by other means. We have adopted specific security measures to prevent the loss of personal data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access, but please do not forget that it is essential for the security of your data that your device is equipped with tools such as constantly updated antivirus and that the provider that provides the Internet connection guarantees the secure transmission of data through firewalls, anti-spam filters and similar devices.
